MS Exchange Server Integration

If your company uses or plans to use Microsoft Exchange Server you need to either use a POP3 connector or configure the server on a static IP address and have your domain hosting company provide MX record redirection to your server.

Host365 supports either method of email collection and offers clients using Exchange or other mail servers requiring SMTP redirection our MX Record Forwarding service. Changes are made to the domain name at a DNS level which redirects mail to the IP address of your mail server.

Host365 provides full redundancy for your mail on our backup mail servers. Should your in-house server fail or be taken offline, your email is queued for later delivery on our backup servers so that your company does not lose valuable email.

Host365 can also provide static IP addresses with any of its connectivity packages thus providing an end to end solution or work with your existing connectivity provider. We are happy to deal with your in house or outsourced IT staff to make sure the transition is painless and run tests to ensure correct functioning or your email services prior to going live.
